Reservations Reservations are made directly to the inn by calling (207) 871-7638 or faxing us at (207) 775-2599. Our toll-free number is (888) 41-PERCY (73729). You may e-mail us at  innkeeper@percyinn.com. We will provide verbal confirmation of requests followed-up with written confirmation of reservations within seven days by fax, US mail, or e-mail depending upon your inquiry noting our advance deposit requirements of check or credit card.

Cancellations Because of the intimate nature of the inn, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we must enforce the following policy: Rooms cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival are accepted without penalty. Rooms cancelled 15-30 days in advance subject to a $25 fee. Rooms cancelled 14 days or less from arrival are held to their reservations for all reserved nights unless the room can be re-booked in full, in which case a $50 fee applies. Cancellations or no-show applies to weather delays, air and train delays, or personal factors of any kind unrelated to the inn. Guests must obtain a written confirmation from us for your cancellation for it to be acceptable. We do not accept email cancellations within 14 days. Call the inn directly to obtain a cancellation number.

Last Minute Availability From time to time we offer last minute availability at discounted rates for reservations accepted within 24-48 hours of arrival.

No Show Guests We take our job of providing our guests with attractive and comfortable accommodations seriously. Your reservations are important to us and we will hold a room for you all night when it has been guaranteed with a credit card. When you fail to arrive as scheduled it prevents us from providing a room to another and we must charge your account accordingly.
